Sometimes people set their email addresses up on one server then attempt to log-in on a different one. So if you set up your email addresses in Cpanel and are trying to log-into workspace email it’s not going to work. If all your settings are right your probably impacted by browser cache, try clearing your history or google “how to open a private or incognito window” then attempt logging in again. A work-around would be logging into your GoDaddy account, going to products then manage into workspace email, hover over the email address then click “launch”. If none of this helps post your domain name, perhaps myself or someone else can give you some insight based on your settings.
