Hi, I cant receive email i have tried changing my MX record to local it didn't work i tried remote also didn't work work. My domain name is chibusoft.com so i tried changing my MX record destination to mail.chibusoft.com and also set mail exchange configuration to local mail exchanger waited 24hrs because of TTL, also didnt work.

So your MX records are set to us Google Suite.
If you are trying to setup DNS on a cPanel server - your DNS is not managed there - it is managed at https://dcc.godaddy.com/manage/chibusoft.com/dns
If you are not using Google Suite you'll need to remove those MX records and set up on that points to the cPanel server.
If you are using Google Suite - you want to set the mail exchange on the server to remote
Once your issue is resolved,

After you check the MX Settings,
You should see if your domain is paid for/renewed.
Our autorenewal was on but there were no working creditcards that were linked to.
our domain expired 5days ago.
we stopped getting emails yesterday.
took me almost the whole day to figure out.
fyi, we started to receive emails as soon as renewal was processed..
