I deleted email from gd forwarding to create the same again in another plan, gd says it still exists

I have about 6 emails that are in a GoDaddy "forwarding" account. I now find myself in a situation where I need to "send" emails from one of these accounts and not just receive.


So, not knowing what I'm doing, I deleted the email i wish to use from the forwarding account. I then went to anther account where it says I have a free email to use, and placed the same email into that account. When i go to save the new info in the new account it says "The email address is already in use" 




All off the dogs.
