I have created several email addresses but they don't send/receive

I have manually set all settings according to instructions for imap. For secure imap the outgoing and incoming server address seem to be invalid; for non secure imap outgoing and incoming, my desktop outlook and iPhone Mail and iPhone Outlook seem to accept the mail servers but when I send a test mail they don't send/receive (only for internal messages). I have spent several hours on this but got frustrated. thanks in advance for your help.

It sounds like you are using cPanel configured email addresses and trying to send/receive from your phone and/or computer @han2? I'm assuming you followed the settings for Android: Set up email or iPhone: Set up email or some similar configuration? Maybe you should also check that you are using the secure settings to send and receive, some configurations are very sensitive to that? I hope that helps?
