Inbox not syncing with Outlook 2016

Hi,

From 6-7 days emails in Inbox folder have stopped syncing with Outlook 2016 and all emails that were already available in inbox have vanished whereas remaining folders are working fine. Workspace (Web Email Portal) still shows email in inbox.

I am using imap.asia.secureserver.net, I have tried to create a new profile in outlook but it has been useless.

I have over 10000+ emails in inbox and cannot take risk to loose them, I regret not to archive them.

Require help please.

Since you're on our Asia Pacific mail server, you'll want to refer to our existing discussion at Asia Pacific Webmail: Cannot Move, Delete, Or View Received Messages as your issues are related.
