It has been 48 hours that I have been experiencing a serious disruption to our work website and company Emails.
1. website appears offline
"server IP address could not be found"
2. All Email accounts are not able to send nor receive E mails. This applies to both Outlook and webmail (cPanel / Roundcube).
Outlook: "Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) Email server..."
By calling customer service at Godaddy, I heard that there was an issue with cPanel.
Unfortunately this has been going on for over 48 hours and Godaddy says they cannot tell when the issue will be solved. Is anybody experiencing such problems?
What is your domain name as even if there was an issue with the server, that is saying the DNS can't be found
