We've got a shared contact list in our GoDaddy Sharepoint site that we add to each person's Outlook desktop application at our company. Most of the time, it works very well, it's handy to have a single list people share for customer contact info available in Outlook.
However, we're finding the connection between Outlook and the shared contact list often breaks. No specific error, we can continue to pick the shared contact list within Outlook, it just doesn't show any contacts inside it. Restarting Outlook will fix the problem, but we're having people who need to do this multiple times per day.
Is there anyone out there who has some experience with using a Sharepoint contact list in Outlook that has any ideas on what we might try to make it more reliable?
