I configured my domain email with outlook and the whole thing is very inconsistent.  The content of the mail is just the word "test" and the  signature(signature is the company address).The message says it was rejected for spam or virus content , while there is literally no spam nor content in it.

Bouncebacks can occur for a number of reasons.  Typically the error code 552 can indicate something tripping spam filters.  @CG gave a link in this response that you can submit your email for review.  You may want to give that a shot.

Hi @hlatunoo, thanks for posting.

The error message in the bounceback states that the email was rejected due to spam or virus content.

You will need to revise the content of the email, I suggest removing any attachments and domains/links from the email, and try sending it again. If you continue to have trouble, further revisions might be necessary.

Am facing the same problem and last 48 hours unable to send emails outside my domain email IDs, email send with the same domain are received. Incoming email are fine we are getting. Only issue we are facing out going email with other domain names. Below is email reference, no attachment, plain text.

The error message you provided indicates that sending email from your cPanel account has been suspended. You will need to call Support to correct any issues with your hosting plan and then have it reviewed by Support for suspension. Support can be reached through any of the numbers on this page:

Thanks for posting. That message typically indicates that the relays are being blocked. You'll need to review your hosting account to check for malware and update your passwords, then you will also need to contact our live hosting support so they can remove the relay block. Hope that helps!
