Mail-tester.com error: You are not allowed to use one of your sender email addresses

After running Mail-tester.com tool I get this error, "You are not allowed to use one of your sender email addresses".
More specifically, it says: "[SPF] (mydomain) does not allow your server 40.107.136.41 to use (my email address hosted at godaddy)"

Anyone have any idea is this a major problem and how to correct it?

I'm a little confused by your MX setup - You have both an Office 365 record and Mail Spam Protection

Based on the Office 365 having a priority of 0 the other records will almost never get used.

Also on your SPF record you have a -all which means if it isn't sent from the Office 365 server it will fail

a ~all is a softfail

Are you trying to use a 3rd party system to send as your domain vs Office 365
