Microsoft 365

I have no issues with my set-up for auto forwarding emails from one email account to another but the issue is when the recipient of my auto forwarded message has set-up his account to auto forward email to another email account.  My original message is received by the recipient but does not auto forward to his auto forwarded intended recipient.  Is this a limitation of the system?

Hi @Summerlane,

 

It could be a limitation of the recipient your forwarding the message to. Have they checked their inbox rule settings for the forwarding? The initial recipient email you're sending to may have the limitation. Office 365 will forward the message out, but depending on the user settings of the receiving email, it'll be outside of your control.

 

If the recipient you're sending to has a GoDaddy Office 365 email account they are welcome to reach out to our chat or phone support to see if we can review the forwarding they have setup.
