Hi! I have set up my Office e-mail account about a year ago and everythong worked fine. Now I see that I can send e-mails, but I am not receiving any. Zried from my webpage trough contact form and from my gmail account-nothing comes. Last received e-mailis from 2015.
What you're describing is commonly encountered if your MX records on the domain name have recently been updated. Have there been any recent DNS changes to your domain?
