Not receiving email using office 365

I'm able to send emails but not receive emails using office 365. The error msg showed

aaa@mydomain.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain mydomain.com by smtp.secureserver.net. [68.xxx.xxx.xxx].
The error that the other server returned was:
550 x.x.x <aaa@mydomain.com> Recipient not found. <http://x.co/irbounce>

I previously set up the email forwarding service using godaddy webemail but deleted it later on. Then bought the office 365 email starter, but can't receive emails. how to fix it?

I'm not sure, but it sounds as if your domain's MX records are not set up properly to point to Office 365.

 

I don't have Office 365 myself, but I did find a support article that tells you how you should change your domain's DNS settings to point to Office 365 here.
