For at least the past 2 weeks, the subject and sender of most emails show up as Symbols and Capital letters.
This is happening to emails we receive from clients to our web based email account.
It looks like most people are using mobile phones to send emails.
It is happening not only in direct emails but also to replies to our emails.
Anybody know why and how to fix this problem?
