I connected my O365 Essentials email to my phone using the directions on the website and after 1 hour it keeps prompting me to re-enter my credentials. This is getting very annoying. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
Thanks for the reply. I will bookmark this if the issue returns. I called GoDaddy support today about the issue and they escalated it to the 365 team and ran some scripts again the server and issue seems to be gone. If the issue returns I will be sure to try your suggestion. Thanks again!
