I have an exchange email set up on my mac email for my office 365 email. All of the sudden, emails I send are going into receivers spam if they get them at all. They also don't show up in my sent folder. When I reply directly to an email in Mac Mail, it will show a return arrow that you typically click on and it will bring up the email that was sent. Now when I do that, it says this email may have been deleted. HELP PLEASE.
Without knowing any specific details and without having a bounceback or an error message, it can be very difficult to try to troubleshoot email issues. Generally GoDaddy doesn't have any control over how email recipients sort or flag emails.
I suggest that you try sending the emails through the web-based email to see if the issue persists. If you continue to have trouble, I suggest that you call Support with more details to review your account further.
