Office 365 - remove existing windows 10 account from PC and set up with new - cannot fix!

I had a office 365 home account on my PC. I deleted the account on microsoft.com, but I guess should have done some signing out on my PC first. At the same time, I now have a business account here on GoDaddy which I want to set up as the only account and admin. Now seemingly no way to switch. Also making a mess of things like OneDrive. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.
