Sorry for not getting back to you sooner - I would call into support as it suggests - I'm guessing you have (had) one of the free mailboxes and need to migrate it to a paid one or a one on a cpanel server

Did you create them in O365 or in the WorkSpace email platform

Welcome to the Community!
You mentioned that you bought a package with domain, hosting and the Office Email account. Did you set up in both the Office 365 plan AND users in the hosting plan using the same domain? As a domain can only have one MX record (email record), you will not be able to receive email on the same domain in both plans. The hosting email and Office 365 are on 2 different servers, different platforms.
