When I receive PDF attachments I can't download them. It downloads them as PHP files. Other employees can download them fine. This has only been an issue for the past month. Can someone please give me some ideas on how I can correct this issue? It's really frustrating to have to ask each person that emails me to please re-send it, as it typically works the 2nd time they send it. However, sometimes, the attachments do not even show up in the email. We use Mac's.
