I am trying to use the PHP mail() function to send mail to an outside email address. I do not receive any errors but the email never arrives even after several hours. I am in a Windows Plesk environment. I've seen many posts about this but they seem to only apply to cPanel or other hosting.
Any help would be appreciated.
