SAVE Button to add or edit a Contact will not display

The SAVE Button to add or edit a Contact will not display.  When I try to add or edit a contact, the screen pops up and for a split second I can the the save button at the bottom right and then it disappears.  I cannot add or edit any contact.  Can anyone help?

This is an Office 365 email, correct?

Or do you have Workspace Email?

 

Are you using it online or in an email client like Outlook or Apple Mail?

 

If you can take a screenshot that would be really helpful.

  • Your can take a screenshot on a Mac by pressing Command-Shift-4
  • You can take a screenshot on a PC by pressing your Print Screen(PrtScn) button and pasting the image in the body of an email by pressing Ctrl-V
