Scan to email settings for new printer!

I have the starter email. I purchased a new all-in-one printer and am attempting to setup the email scan functions but need some help on deciphering the tech jargon. It's a Cannon MF743C...if that matters. Please help!Screen Shot 2019-07-05 at 3.00.29 PM.png

Re: Scan to email settings for new printer!

The domain is trinityte.com, and the email is hosted through Go Daddy > Microsoft Exchange (365?).

Thanks!!

Re: Scan to email settings for new printer!

@trinityte

So here are the SMTP Settings

  • Server Address: smtp.office365.com
  • Username: Your Office 365 Address (e.g. example@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: Your Office 365 Password
  • Port Number: 587 (With TLS)
  • Authentication: Required

Here are some POP settings I found

Server: outlook.office365.com

Port: 995

Encryption: SSL/TLS

Hopefully when you click the box that says TLS it will set the port numbers correctly
