Sent emails being rejected. Getting an SPF record message?!?

Howdy folks,

So, I have a bit of a problem, or really as many as several problems, but this particular thing is pretty pressing.

I have a cloud based software I use from which I send emails, some of them bulk, some of them direct. When this software sends an email to a particular address I get a fail message:

<***@p**********e.org>: host smtp.secureserver.net[68.178.213.37] said: 550

    5.1.1 91.216.18.206 is not allowed to send from <theenchantedbazaar.org>

    per its SPF Record. Please inspect your SPF settings, and try again. IB508

    <http://x.co/srbounce> (in reply to RCPT TO command)

As far as pertinent information, my mail is running through O365 (which I find I kind of hate). My current spf record is :

v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

Now, I'm pretty tech capable but don't have any real training or experience in these matters. Any help one can lend in getting my emails to go through without trouble would be great.

Re: Sent emails being rejected

Hi @CosmoPanda,

Welcome to the Community!

Your SPF record is set to prohibit sending from that domain. Beyond the SPF record itself, there are other settings in the process that may be preventing the transmission of the emails. Check out these instructions for the preferences to set - and what they mean. See the link that reads: Get more guidance on how to create SPF record rules.
