Setting up email for Office 365 Email Essentials error

So here's the thing. 

I just bought email essentials. When I try to set it up it drops me an error page.


I tried to use other browsers even logging in from the phone and using the GoDaddy application the same error occurs.

Can someone help me with this?


Also, I tried to chat with Godaddy support on the chat, and it'shows me that it's not available.

Unfortunately, that's not really something we can help with on the boards. It sounds like you've already made sure it wasn't a caching issue, so this seems like an actual glitch in the system that could only be addressed by one of the support techs. You'll have to call in for a resolution if this still isn't working.

If you are unable to access your email from multiple devices, its best to contact the GoDaddy support team where they can run some internal tests on your email and see if they can duplicate. Please contact our team via so your email can be tested in real time.
