Unable to receive emails

I've set up Office 365 webmail with my GoDaddy domain.

 

I sent an email from the email account to a gmail account, which worked fine. 

 

I sent an email from the gmail account to the 365 account, email didn't come through. 

 

I sent an email from the Office365 account to the gmail account, copied in my O365 account and the email appeared in the inbox. 

 

My issue is that I cannot recieve emails from any other emails.

Can you list what your domain is so I confirm the MX record - not being able to receive mail is typically due to an issue with the MX record

Ok - So I see you currently are using google suite based on your MX records

 

You can't use the Google Suite email and Office 365 email at the same time as they are two different services and you need to configure the domain name to use one or the other

Here is a knowledge base article that talks about the steps to add all the needed records for office 365 to work. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/dns/create-dns-records-at-godaddy?view=o365-worldwi...

 

Keep in mind that once you make these updates, mail will no longer go into the google suite mailbox but rather the Office 365 Mailbox.
