I cant send email. I have a 160 folks to send on a regular basis. I break the list out into groups of 40 and continually get this message. "Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send messages outside of your organization. Contact your email admin for assistance" microsoft gave these procedures to fix but I cant find the same screens. Unblock a blocked Office 365 email account In the EAC, navigate to protection > action center. Select the Search icon, and then enter the SMTP address of the blocked user. Click Unblock Account in the description pane. Click Yes to confirm the change.
Need help or complete refund as this is useless for what we need.
