I have added a filtering rule on my workspace email to filter emails to firstname.lastname@example.org send to folder xxx. Then I tested sending email over to the inbox with matching email@example.com but the system does not automatically route it to the folder xxx. I refreshed the inbox and this mail still sits in the inbox until I go into the filter rule settings and apply it manually then it starts to filter and move it to the xxx folder. I sent another email to match the filter but again it sits in the inbox without action. Only actions when I manually click apply on the rule.
Isn't it suppose to filter automatically as emails come in?
