Workspace Email fail to deliver -It has been in queue too long, and will not attempt delivery again.

I fail to deliver a email to 1 of my client, i received bounce back email content is "It has been in queue too long, and will not attempt delivery again.", i did try using Gmail send to my client without any issue. 

 

I can received email from this client, but fail to deliver, may i know is it DNS issue on Godaddy site. 

 

I did report to customer support, but they claim that this is come from recipient site. 

 

Any one can assist?

It sounds like your client's email service provider simply won't accept email from that address for some reason. Have the client white list your email in their client so you can determine that's not the issue.
