Workspace email configured with Outlook via POP isn't working

Hi

 

I have configured workspace email with outlook 2016 via POP. The folders I have created in my mail on web interface is not syncing on outlook or any other client. The mails configured to go directly to the folders are not showing up at all in the mail client. Also when I delete inbox messages from web interface they are not getting deleted from the client. 

 

Please suggest.
