email auto purge 'By Domain' broken

Over the last several months, I've been unable to add domains to my auto purge list. I have 114 in the "By Domain" list, so it's unlikely I hit an undisclosed limit at 114. To test this, I just deleted a 'domain only' entry, so now I have 113, but I still cannot enter a new @domain.com entry from the 'by domain' tab.

 

For the time being, I can still add full email addresses from the "By Senders" tab.

 

Either this feature is broken or a limit such as 100 was imposed on new additions, in which case the programmer failed to disclose the limit on the form.

 

Either way, please fix this!

Hi @ginahoy, thanks for posting.

Can you clarify what email service you were using, Workspace Email, Office365, or cPanel hosted email? And just to clarify, you can't add new domains but existing settings are working?

Thanks for your reply, Gary. I'm using Workspace Webmail to access the Spam Settings / Auto Purge List.

 

Correct, I can't add new domains to the list (@.domain.com), but those already in the list continue to work.
