email error - signed up to zohomail earlier

I have zero knowledge about email dns whatsoever, so pls bear with me.

i signed up to zohomail earlier, but closed the account immediately after finding out how complicated the set up is.

during zohomail setup I changed a few things in the DNS settings of my domain, then I deleted some of them since I closed zohomail, and i went back to godaddy email hosting service.

all was working well but from time to time an error appears when I send a test email from my personal email to my godaddy email domain:

The response from the remote server was:

553 Relaying disallowed

it pops up from time to time but im worried it may pop up to some of my customers when they reply as this is where my customer service emails go to

any ideas

Depending on how recently you set things up your personal email server may still have the old information cached - if you can provide your domain I can confirm you don't have anything extra in the DNS
