"Connection to the server failed or was dropped." (Using Outlook for Mac)
I've never had this problem before, and I've had the same setup for years. Last couple weeks I can no longer access my godaddy email accounts using my Outlook program. All I get is "Connection to the server failed or was dropped." I'm not getting that response to my non-godaddy email accounts. I've double checked my account settings. I've even reinstalled Outlook entirely, but nothing works. HELP.
What type of email are your using at GoDaddy? O365, Workspace, or cPanel email? The type of email server you're using makes a huge difference in any advice we can give.
