Access Denied when trying to delete files in HttpDocs & Other Issues

First issue:
When trying to delete files from inside the httpdocs folder. It gives an access denied on certain folders (but not all of them). This happens when I use the FTP account I set up (that I have given full permissions) and also when I just login to my Plesk hosting manually.

Either way it seems impossible to delete these files and I cannot continue to publish my website like this.

It even goes as far as not being able to open up the folder and see the contents:

Unable to open the directory: Unable to find the directory G:\PleskVhosts\championsofmadrigal.com\httpdocs\Views\Home: Access denied

Second Issue:
I cannot extract .zip files in the Plesk File Manager, It gives the following error:

Unable to extract /patch.championsofmadrigal.com/patchfiles/RESCLIENT.zip: Unable to start (C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /c C:\Program Files "(x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\7z.exe t -tzip G:\PleskVhosts\championsofmadrigal.com\patch.championsofmadrigal.com\patchfiles\RESCLIENT.zip "): (1260) This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator. at Plesk impersonation(PipeServer::ServerThread::impersonateRunAs line 726) at Unable to unpack archive G:\PleskVhosts\championsofmadrigal.com\patch.championsofmadrigal.com\patchfiles\RESCLIENT.zip(UnpackArchive::onRunAsUser line 2709)

Unextracting zip files is a crucial feature for me and I paid for this service. Why is this not working?

Re: Access Denied when trying to delete files in HttpDocs & Other Issues

Hi there @Leonard_93,

File permissions are not really set on the user... It is set on the files... Can you view the owner of the file?
