I spoke with the support staff and they told me that the configuration of the mysql could not be modified, since it was a shared hosting. To make that kind of adjustment I would have to move to a virtual or dedicated server. I finally solved the problem by the long way. I had to modify the DUMP file and put the name of the tables exactly as they were used in the system (The name of the classes of the model - Entity Framework).
