My domain and Plesk server down

Domain is down. Plesk server is inaccessible. No way to check on status other than phone call. Call wait time exceeds 60 minutes!!!

 

This is customer service?

 

Any other Plesk user experiencing service issues?

There was a CenturyLink (Level3) Issue this morning took down ALOT of network traffic
