So I thought I had everything working on 8/14 and now I find not so much on one ASP page. My eCommerce supplier sends a POST to a page on my site. As of 8/28 the eCommerce site reports receiving this exception in response to the POST:
Web keygen exception: No connection could be made because the target
machine actively refused it. No connection could be made because the target
machine actively refused it. (http://localhost:9901/)
Does anyone have a clue how to troubleshoot this? Could something have changed in the GoDaddy application pool or ???
Thanks for any thoughts.
My eCommerce supplier continues to experience this problem. Hosting support was pleasant but unable to address this issue. I did not have this problem with my previous hosting site. Since my only access is via phone support and phone support doesn't know how to address this issue, I guess I am stuck.
Searching this error message on the internet seems to indicate a queueing problem in the server, GoDaddy in this case. One solution discussed here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2972600/no-connection-could-be-made-because-the-target-machine-a... seems to indicate a proxy server might resolve the issue. Does anyone know if one is available with my Plesk hosting package and if so, how to activate it?
Are they any other avenues for technical support? Or do I have to find another hosting supplier and spend additional weeks moving? Needless to say, this is very frustrating.
