Statistics Not Found

Hi

Struggling to get through via the online help chat facility and as I have a speech impediment I cannot phone the support desk. This is my problem:

I have 6 domains, I can see the plesk-stat/webstat/ page for all of them except www.brsccff1600.co.uk and that's the one site I need statistcs for! The error I get is 404 Not Found: The requested document was not found on this server.

Can anyone help?

You might be as well contacting support through the live chat. I see that it's available off and on now. I guess there is a queue system, but it will be worth the small wait.
