Could not verify certificate because issuer is unknown

I want to install ssl certificate for my website hosted on aws ec2 instance running tomcat.

I bought ssl certificate from godaddy.

I followed steps given in https://in.godaddy.com/help/tomcat-generate-csrs-and-install-certificates-5239

Certificate issued by godaddy contains following files:

1) 5aa7d43a4fc1341b.crt (?)

2) gd_bundle-g2-g1.crt (root)

3) gdig2.crt (intermediate)

file1 is not added to tomcat.keystore: keytool -import -alias tomcat -keystore tomcat.keystore -trustcacerts -file 5aa7d43a4fc1341b.crt Enter keystore password: keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Public keys in reply and keystore don't match Currently, when I type url: https://websitedomain.com firefox browser says: site uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.

Hello @saiprasad!

Thank you for posting. If you've followed the steps in that guide and are still having trouble, I'd recommend you reach out to our support team. You can also run the SSL test here and see what suggestions they make on how to correct the issue.
