How can I add an SSL certificate to my domain

Hello,

I purchased a SSL cert for one of my domains I am hosting under my man cPanel account. It shows up fine in the SSL management panel but during setup I see only my main domain in the drop down and he option to create a CSR. How can I make my other domains show up in the same drop down so I can assign the cert to one of them?
