My SSL Certificate has been renewed, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to install it (I'm still pretty new to GoDaddy, so I'm not too familiar with installing my SSL Certificate).
I'm following the instructions here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/install-ssl-certificates-16623?locale=en (Install SSL certificates).
I've downloaded my SSL Certificate, but I'm not sure how to install it on my server. I don't know what the server would be for me - according to the instructions, it says, "After you've downloaded your certificate files, you can install them on your server (but I don't know what my server is, or how I can find out). I bought a domain name from GoDaddy, and I purchased and installed my SSL Certificate last year, but since that was my first time, I don't know how I managed to install it then. The website that this certificate is for is also not a WordPress website, nor was it made using the GoDaddy website builder. The instructions on the link I pasted above list the following links to instructions, but I don't know which one of these (if any) apply to me:
Microsoft Exchange Server 2016
Microsoft IIS 10
Microsoft IIS 8
Microsoft IIS 7
Microsoft Azure Web App
Cisco ASA 5500 VPN/Firewall
Google App Engine
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013
Any help as to how I can install my SSL Certificated is appreciate it.
This is all going to depend upon what hosting you have. Most of the time if the domain is the primary domain on your hosting plan it should automatically install. Here is an article that explains how to determine what hosting plan you have. https://www.godaddy.com/help/what-type-of-hosting-account-do-i-have-6971
