Tried to "Re-Key" SSL for new primary domain on wordpress hosted server. Site down.

Hey All,

Per a customer reps instructions I've rekeyed my SSL certificate for my domain www.ryanabary.com but my site has been down for a few days with the following error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I am still able to FTP into the server, however I can't reach the wordpress admin. I believe I've waited for the allotted time it should have taken for the SSL to reinstall, and the CA says it's been issued to my new domain.

I'm unsure how to test what the problem is here.

Hi @ryan-aba,

Thanks for posting. That error indicates the SSL hasn't been configured correctly. You'll need to follow the steps in this guide. Hope that helps!

Hello @Lisi

But I have a Wordpress managed account without access to my cPanel. How am I supposed to generate a new CSR without access to my server?
