I have Wordpress hosting with GoDaddy Ultimate plan.
It states 1 SSL certificate comes free for 1 domain with this plan.
I have 2 domains on the plan.
I have purchased an SSL certificate for 1 of the domains but when I went to install SSL on the second domain it states "Purchase SSL"
How do I get the Free SSL with the Ultimate plan for 1 of my domains.

Hi @a1jonuk. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! Your free SSL Certificate should be available in your account automatically. You can use the instructions here to request it. If you're not seeing the option to do this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team so they can determine what's happening.
In case you didn't pay for a year up front: I had the same issue and just called support. I was told that you have to pay for a full year to get the SSL certificate for free for 1 year, which I did not do. I do not recall seeing that condition specified in the renewal/upgrade process.
Really bad customer service when I complained about the Ultimate Hosting I paid for not coming with a free SSL license. Nothing on the website says you have to prepay a year to get that. You find out afterwards and they do nothing to sort it out. I've seen others also say the same on here from months ago and they have done nothing to make their website clearer.
Customer chat acknowledged I was right, and said sorry - but still won't give me what I paid for.
I was on the chat for over 2hours. The also said there is no complaints procedure(!). The customer service agent I complained about told me to send the email (complaint was also about their service on chat) to her. What on Earth is this GoDaddy, unbelievable.
I want what I paid for!
Disgusted by all of this.
