Caller ID was WRONG on incoming call :(

I just received a call to my business line (via SmartLine).  On the caller ID, it said Catelyn.  I thought, Oh, a casual client who I just spoke to this morning!  I answered casually, only to find that it was in fact a client named Clint who I have been warming up the last few days.  I confirmed after that Catelyn's number is not saved in Clint's contact, and vice versa.  In my call/text log, it shows as correct - spoke with Catelyn this morning and just hung up with Clint.  WHY did my incoming SmartLine call tell me that Catelyn was calling me when it was actually Clint?!
