I am testing out SmartLine (currently using Grasshopper) and I have noticed that if I ignore a call or simply don't answer, the caller gets sent to my regular voicemail. Is there a way to force the app to send callers to my SmartLine voicemail if I don't answer during regular business hours?
Hi @jeremycollins, currently you have to let the call ring through in order for it to go to the Smartline voicemail option. If you select "Decline" on the incoming call that will trigger the caller to go to your cell phone voicemail.
