I am not receiving texts on my SmartLine app. I recently signed up and discontinued a service with ZipWhip. Since I discontinued with them, I have not received texts to SmartLine. ZipWhip says all is cleared on their end. I have called support twice and they have said there is nothing they can do except advise me to delete and re-install the app.. I am going crazy here and missing business texts.
