Here's a suggestion for SmartLine improvement please.
Having the basic plan with 100 min of voice & 100 SMS texts a month it would be very helpful to have under Call Activity a counter for SMS texts so you know how many have been used. Right now there is just a voice counter on the GoDaddy website, once you are logged in.
Having both call & text activity counters available directly via the phone app would be even more helpful so you can quickly see your activity and approaching limits without having to login to the main website.

Here are a couple of other suggestions that would be helpful for the team's consideration.
Extend Ring Time
Allow the user to control the ring time before a caller is redirected to voicemail. Right now when testing the caller hears two rings before the call is routed through to the regular cell phone and two or three rings before voicemail answers. So from the caller's perspective that is about 10-12 seconds but from the cell phone owner's perspective they only get about 6-8 seconds before voicemail.
Having the option to extend the ring time would provide a little more time to answer the call.
Central Voicemail Box or Unheard Messages Filter
Have a centralized voicemail box so you can pickup all your voicemails in one place rather than have to search across multiple threads.
Alternatively have the option to apply a New Voicemail filter to the message threads so only those threads with new voicemail are listed.
Likewise a New Text Message filter so only those threads with new text messages are listed.
Maybe having the choice of thread filtering is the simplest interface improvement working within how the app is designed rather than trying to provide a central voicemail box?
