Can't upload audio content i keep getting the http error message

Hello everyone for some time now I've had issues with uploading media content especially audio on my WordPress site I've tried every trick I know but every time I try to upload something I keep getting the Http error I don't know where or what to do any longer and I need help

How large is your file??

 

Typically for Audio / Video files I've installed a "File Manager" plugin and uploaded that was as I found the file was too big to upload in the media manager

It's called "File Manager"  - it's the first plugin when you search for file manager in the add plugin area
