How to Configure Email with Economy Wordpress Hosting Plan

Hi,

I have Economy WordPress hosting plan, and I want to configure emails on my desktop with my old version of Outlook 2007, but the there is no settings available like, what is POP server, SMTP etc.

I mean how to find the POP server name as well SMTP

You'll need email service.  If you purchased hosting with an annual term it should have come with a free 1-year credit for Microsoft Office 365 email.
