How to remove "posts" title in header

Okay so I cannot find anything online that will tell me how to remove the words "posts" from the header displayed on my posts page.

I am trying to build a AMP friendly site but dont want every page to display as "posts" so I attached an image for what I am trying to specifically remove (circled in red). Im using activation theme if that makes any difference not sure but yea porque so hard?

Without customizing theme files (you would want to have a child theme before doing so), you could give this plugin a whirl:  Hide Page And Post Title
