I cannot access wp-admin on godaddy and my cpanel: Help!

I have not been able at publish my wordpress website on cpanel even after installing and I cannot access the wp-admin from my godaddy account it keeps say 403 Forbidden

Request forbidden by administrative rules.

 

What do I do

It sounds as if the folder permissions need to be changed. Try this link to see if it helps your situation. You may have to do a Google search to determine what the correct permission values are for your particular setup.

Hello  

Follow these steps in order to fix the 403 forbidden error:

  1. Check or reset/rename your .htaccess file
  2. Reset file and folder permissions
  3. Disable WordPress plugins
