My Domain is not Working

I'm very confused about your service. Last week I took the domain and hosting but it has not been working since. I made several attempts to connect you online, but it did not help. All the time, I did not have your representatives online.

Hi @RogerWilco,

I am at least glad that you can reach it through TOR browser. At least that's something Smiley Happy

Hi again @RogerWilco,

Now it makes sense. You forgot to tell me you were adding the 'www' to your domain. You need a CNAME record to make this happen!! You do not have one. As you can see when I PING your domain without the 'www' :

PING mangophuket.co (160.153.16.52): 56 data bytes

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=0 ttl=48 time=52.878 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=1 ttl=48 time=52.287 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=2 ttl=48 time=53.781 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=3 ttl=48 time=52.214 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=4 ttl=48 time=51.677 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=5 ttl=48 time=52.322 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=6 ttl=48 time=52.052 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=7 ttl=48 time=51.217 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=8 ttl=48 time=54.322 ms

64 bytes from 160.153.16.52: icmp_seq=9 ttl=48 time=51.360 ms

= reachable working. You just need to sort the CNAME bit and you are good to go Cat Happy

Honestly I bought a hosting and was 'gifted' with this domain mangophuket.co
I even don't know where to write these CNAME and so on, were there www or no www... because the first day everything worked flawlessly, I installed wordpress and there was just clean, initial standard page, and this page worked. Then, out of the blue, the site stoped responding (I did nothing).

Hi @RogerWilco,

Then how do you explain me being able to reach it? I suggest you look into your settings on your side. Also your firewall / router / ISP settings. What method are you trying to use? Without Remote Desktop access to your computer / network it's impossible for me to see what is going wrong!!

Support may be able to help, but not if it's a home / office network problem.

Thanx mate for assistance!
I tried to rich it by my cellular phone and... it can be reached

So it is definitely the problem from a side of my internet provider.

With TOR browser I can reach the site as well, so now I work via TOR.

It's sad, I can't claim anything from local Internet provider, they can't communicate English at all.
